MOST CHALLENGING MOMENT
My lower back and hips are really giving me so much pain.
And being constipated is really difficult. One moment I think I need to go to the loo and the next it turns out I can’t. And I can’t push much because it feels uncomfortable. I just feel really full and bloated every time I eat even a smaller pint than usual and I feel very bothered and very “pregnant”.
I keep getting major hot flushes and waking up in cold sweats during the night.
Braxton hicks are hectic.
Mood swings are hectic this week and I get so frustrated (the hot flushes and hormones and itchiness to blame) and feeling emotional and dips in my mood.
MOST EXCITING MOMENT

Baby is already weighing 2.49kg!!! And a heart rate of 149 bpm
Only two more checkups to go and we will have our babe!
Looking at baby clothes online🤣 (and trying not to buy)

(I am eating a lot to keep the nausea at bay. I can’t eat a lot at once because I get too bloated but eating a lot spread out in smaller portions to prevent nausea)

Amazing read that I’ve been reflecting on this week:
We also managed to get the dogs to sleep off the bed for the first time this week (for when the baby is in our bed) which is a good start and gave me much more space to sleep at night. But I cried because I missed cuddling them and ended up getting them for a snuggle.
It was my first Mother’s Day as a mama and I really felt spoilt by Trav and my doggies. Got some beautiful flowers and a lunch. I missed my mom so much though. 😞 felt very down all weekend.
I got these two vests printed for the baby (girl or boy) along with two babygrows with the name embroidered which I thought would be a lovely going home outfit. (Obviously I won’t share the name pieces yet).
I find that when I feel swollen I need to do some stretches and lie with my legs up.
